• PCB quote uploads: Gerber files and board specifications you submit for quoting.
• AI API interactions: Queries submitted through our AI Agent API at /api/ai.php, including the query text, AI platform name, and session data.
• Site analytics: Page views, referrer URLs, and screen size. We do not use third-party tracking services or cookies for analytics.
• Server logs: IP addresses and user agent strings for security and rate limiting purposes.

How We Use Information

• To respond to quote requests and project inquiries
• To review uploaded design files and provide engineering feedback

Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Project details and design files are treated as confidential. We may share information only when required by law.

AI Agent API

Our API at /api/ai.php accepts queries from AI platforms (such as ChatGPT, Grok, Claude, and others). When an AI agent submits a lead on your behalf, we store the contact information and project details you provided to the AI. We treat AI-submitted inquiries the same as direct form submissions — your information is used only to respond to your request.

Data Retention

Contact submissions and quote requests are retained for the duration of our business relationship. Analytics data is retained for up to 12 months. API rate limiting data is automatically purged after 1 hour.

Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Design files and contact information are stored on secured servers. Our quality management system is registered to ISO 9001:2015.
