What production buyers ask us about

Whether you need 100 boards or 10,000, the questions are the same: will they be right, will they be the same next time, when do they ship, and what do they cost all-in.

Quality

Registered to ISO 9001:2015, with documented, audited processes and Navy-certified soldering expertise. Every board gets 100% electrical testing before it ships.

Repeatability

You approve a pre-production qualification build before the first run, and every run after it follows the same written process, with in-process verification and statistical process control. Supplier quality is managed under the same system.

Lead time

Quotes within one business day. Production runs typically ship in 3–6 weeks, prototypes in 1–3, depending on parts, with expedited options. No ocean freight, no customs.

Total cost

A free DFM review with every quote catches problems before they cost money. Parts are priced through our supplier network, and assembly, test, coating and packaging come from one vendor on one purchase order.

What to send for a quote

Send what you have; we’ll ask for anything missing. Want an NDA first? Tick the box on the quote form.

Common questions

What is your minimum order?

Prototype runs start at 5–25 units, and production runs go to 10,000+. The 500–1,000-unit range is where we fit best: large enough for a documented, repeatable process, small enough that an engineer stays on your job.

How fast will I get a quote?

Within one business day once we have your files. Tell us which quantities to price, such as 100, 250 and 500.

Do I approve the first boards before production?

Yes. Every new build starts with a pre-production qualification: boards built on the production line, checked by our engineers, then sent to you for approval. The production run starts after you sign off. If you would rather see them in person, call ahead and we will set a time.

Will you sign an NDA before I send files?

Yes. Tick “Send me your NDA before I share files” on the quote form and we’ll send one before you share anything.

Do you test every board?

Yes. Every board gets 100% electrical testing before it ships. For production runs we can design and build a custom test fixture for your board.

Do you also make the bare boards?

We manage PCB fabrication through vetted partner board houses and do all assembly, inspection and test in-house, so you deal with one vendor. If you only need bare boards, upload your Gerbers for a fabrication quote.

Can you take over a board that is built overseas today?

Usually, yes: the same Gerbers, BOM and pick-and-place data transfer directly, and the DFM and BOM review flags anything that won’t. See what changes when a board moves to the US.

Who do I talk to?

An engineer. There are no sales reps or account managers between you and the people building your boards.
